Steve Brine dropped into the University of Winchester on Thursday 1st October to spend an hour chatting to students at the lively Terrace Bar.
The MP discussed a number of issues throughout the relaxed evening, including the government's PREVENT strategy and football's Kick It Out anti-racism campaign, as well as topics including Jeremy Corbyn, the economy, national security and the Rugby Word Cup!
Speaking afterwards, Steve said: "I always love dropping in to catch up with students at our University and it was great to meet up with both existing and new members of our Winchester Student Conservative Society as well as chatting to other students already starting work on their dissertations.
"Our student society is really leading the way on campus on engaging youngsters in politics and the many issues we face as a country, and I am already looking forward to my next visit."
