Steve Brine popped along to Oliver's Battery on Friday 4th November to open a brand new barber shop.
Owned by Steve Howe, who also owns a barbers in Southampton, the business was officially opened at 1pm with a photocall for the Daily Echo and Hampshire Chronicle, where Steve had a trim in the chair.
Speaking after the event, on his way to a surgery in Chandler's Ford, local MP Steve Brine said: "Top marks to Steve for expanding his Southampton business to Oli B. This is a classic men's barber with a great twist; not often you see a barber shop with walls covered in 80's vinyl and a live feed of the salon online so you can see if there's many waiting before you pop down.
"Steve is a great guy, local to Winchester and you just know his enthusiasm and drive will make sure this latest venture is a huge success."
Steve Howe added:"A good haircut is a measure of your self esteem and self respect. It's your personal image, your manner of doing things, the impression you make at work, rest and play. We're here to help you achieve this look the way you want it."
