Steve Brine and Mayor Richard Izard were among guests as new Twyford company LSLCo opened their doors on Friday 21st January.
LSLCo was created in Carry and Nigel Albon’s own back room, and works to reduce energy costs and lower carbon footprint by providing low energy, high efficiency, good quality internal and external lighting solutions.
Nigel said: “Today’s business environment can be tough often with conflicting objectives and values. Recent Government Budget Reviews reinforces the need for most, if not all, businesses to reduce costs yet it seems like only a few months ago that one of the primary drivers was to reduce the carbon footprint. The good news is that the two are not mutually exclusive and substantial cost savings can be made relatively easily and quickly.”
Steve added: “It is always great to see a new business emerging, and today is no different. It’s a lovely story, having been started from the back room, and I am completely supportive of what they are doing.
“They are a real credit to Twyford, and I’m sure I join very many in wishing them all the very best as they continue to grow.”
