This is my fourth Annual Report of the 2019-2024 Parliament which I produce each Spring/Summer to fulfil the promise I made to my constituents when I was elected twelve years ago. The report is delivered to 41,000 homes across Winchester & Chandler's Ford during July and August 2023 by an energetic team of volunteers. It covers the period June 2022 through June 2023 (inclusive).
