Winchester's top businesses came together on Friday 10th June to celebrate their success at the annual Winchester Business Excellence Awards.
Joined by a host of dignitaries, including Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP Steve Brine, a host of awards were given out in a number of categories on the evening.
The renowned Guy Kremer Salon won the Dutton Gregory Solicitors Business of the Year Award, pipping finalists including Jeremy France Jewellers and Alresford's own Carocoli.
Wessex Cars won the Soundbite Production Award for Business Excellence through Technology Award, while Dominique Tillen, of Brush Baby, walked away as the University of Winchester Entrepreneur of the Year.
Now in its ninth year, the event was organised by Winchester BiD, The Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and The Hampshire Chronicle.
Speaking after the ceremony, Guy Kremer said: "This is an amazing accolade to receive this prestigious award, especially with the high calibre of competition. It's an amazing recognition of the year we have spent in Winchester and I feel very much part of Winchester now."
Amy McCartan, BiD marketing manager, said: "It's absolutely amazing to see everyon e so happy. Congratulations to the winners."
Steve Brine added: "This is the second Winchester Business Excellence Awards ceremony I have attended, and I continue to be blown away at just how much passion, dedication and excellence we have here.
"I know that everybody nominated, such as Two Hoots, Eco Car Care and Longbarn Growers, is contributing hugely to the local economy, and they are really leading the way. My congratulations go to everyone who took part, and also to BiD, the Chamber and the Hampshire Chronicle for putting on such a wonderful evening."
