Winchester and Chandler's Ford MP, Steve Brine, toured Southern Water's Otterbourne Water Supply Works to see how new investment is being used to improve the network.
In 2019 Southern Water announced a new package of £800m to be spent across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight between now and 2030, with much of it being used at Otterbourne. Southern Water officials hope that the new investment will increase the capacity across the local system.
Steve also took a chance to hear about actions being taken by Southern Water to ensure the water supply issues that many constituents experienced before Christmas were not repeated.
