Tracey Crouch CBE welcomed MP’s and friends to Future Dreams House. Tracey was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 during the pandemic. She invited friends and colleagues to join her at the House to find out more about the charity and see the facilities and accessible support that is available in-person and virtually, including Steve Brine MP for Winchester & Chandler’s Ford and Chair of the Health & Social Care Select Committee.
Future Dreams shares the mission that nobody should face breast cancer alone. They provide practical and emotional support for those diagnosed with breast cancer, promotes health awareness and funds vital secondary breast cancer research. In October 2021 the charity opened Future Dreams House, the only dedicated breast cancer support centre in the UK.
Steve said : "Special tea time and evening today inside Future Dreams House in Kings Cross - for those touched by breast cancer. An honour to meet trustee Spencer Leslie whose late wife, Danielle, and her mum (Sylvia) founded the charity in 2008. It’s a haven of care and friendship in the hustle and bustle of central London."
