Peter Symonds students visit Parliament

Steve Brine hosted a group of sixth-formers in Parliament on Tuesday 12th December as Peter Symonds students visited the House.

They took in a tour of the Palace of Westminster, and experienced Parliament's Education service, before having a Q&A session with Steve.

The Winchester MP said: "I enjoyed taking a set of strong and wide-ranging questions from the students, and we had really good engagement. I am pleased we were able to do this today, and hope the group took a lot out of the experience."

I pay tribute to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, which does a tremendous job on behalf of all our constituents. I know we are not...

Steve Brine: It is a pleasure to serve under your chairmanship, and that of Mr Evans, Sir Roger. May I be the final speaker to thank my hon. Friend the Member for Sutton and Cheam (Paul Scully), who has done his job as a member of the Petitions Committee in introducing the debate on the petition today. As the hon. Member for Washington and Sunderland West (Mrs Hodgson) said, the number of Back-Bench MPs...
