Steve Brine and his family dropped into Stanmore on Saturday 29th July for the Winchester Party in the Park.
It was a packed schedule at Somers Close Recreation Ground, enjoyed by families from across the city, and included Salsa, Intrgr8 Street Dance and cheerleaders, Stevo and Kai the Magicians, Nepalese Elders and Gabz from Britain's Got Talent and the Romsey Old Cadets Marching Band.
On top of that, there was an inflatable Laser Quest, a mini farm experience, reptiles and amphibians, a funfair and the King Alfred Buses, as well as Zorbing, go-karting and the Tesco Play Area.
Speaking afterwards, Steve Brine said: "We had a wonderful time, and the kids really loved it.
"It was great to see so many familiar faces, and meet so many more new people this afternoon, and many thanks indeed to all the hard-working volunteers who put this on."
